ECOCOOL S-67 NA is a mineral oil-free, watermiscible cutting fluid which forms a clear, transparent
solution when mixed with water.

ECOCOOL S-67 NA is also free of secondary alkanolamines/-amides and is therefore classified as almost non-nitrosamine-forming. It thus conforms to
German TRGS 611, points 3.1, 3.2 (1) and 3.2 (2).
Application
ECOCOOL S-67 NA is recommended for the grinding
of cast iron and steel at concentrations between 3 and
5 %.

Application Concentration:
To ensure the optimum corrosion protection, we
recommend a concentration of at least 3 %.
Our Application Engineers will be pleased to advise
you regarding specific applications.
However, the ultimate concentration must also be
compatible with the materials involved and the machining operation.
Changes in the colour of the water-miscible cutting
fluid concentrate have no detrimental effect on the
quality or the performance of the product.
Mixing Temperature:
As regards application, please observe current
German VDI Guidelines 3035, 3397 Sections 1 – 3
for perfect results.
The optimum mixing temperature for water and
concentrate is 15 - 20 °C.
Storage conditions: Protect from frost!
