American Audio Versadeck - Virtual DJ (Pro) - installation guide: 1. Only one instance of VDJ is allowed to be installed (more instances at the same time cause unsolvable issues) 2. If you are using a Pro Version of VDJ it must be the newest version http://www.virtualdj.com/ 3. You need the newest ASIO drivers for the console. Download these from our website: http://www.americandj.eu/default/versa-deck.html Goto the TAB “Downloads” > ASIODriver Versadeck 4. After the installation, restart your PC. 5. Enter the Versadeck Menu and set to MIDI HOW TO ENTER IN THE MENU: Press the Folder Knob (1) for at least 3 seconds to enter the internal menu. Turn the Folder Knob (1) to scroll through the different submenus. Turn either the Track Knob (21) or Jog Wheel (16) to change the submenu settings. To save and exit the internal menu, turn the Folder Knob (1) until G. Exit & Save is displayed, then press the Track Knob (21) to save your settings. If your settings were saved correctly, Saving will appear briefly in the VFD Display (23). Please choose Point 5. and set with the Track Knob to MIDI after please go through to Save and exit and push the Track knob you will see "Saving" in the display. 6. Set the Versadeck on both sides on "PC" (small switches above the mixer section) 7. Only for Virtual DJ Pro > Start Virtual DJ Pro and enter the config menu. In the first window select the following settings: Input : None Output : External Mixer Soundcard : ADJ ASIO ( Could be different named ) In some cases you have to select on Output : 4 out card and then ADJ ASIO or Versadeck.
