Varning för Melqu Invest HB

Finansinspektionen varnar investerare och andra att handla med
finansiella företag som inte har tillstånd att bedriva värdepappersrörelse.
Melqu Invest HB har inte tillstånd från Finansinspektionen att bedriva
värdepappersrörelse eller annan finansiell verksamhet i Sverige och står
alltså inte under Finansinspektionens tillsyn. Någon gränsöverskridande
verksamhet avseende Melqu Invest HB har heller inte anmälts till
Finansinspektionen från något annat EES-land.
Melqu Invest HB presenterades på webbplats (www.melquinvest.com) och
uppger följande adress: Ängsviks Torpsväg 5, 184 95 Ljusterö, Stockholm,
Sweden.
Representanter för Melqu Invest HB kontaktar per telefon investerare och
erbjuder sig att köpa kundens innehav av aktier i ett amerikanskt OTCbolag. Kunden ska dock i förskott betala en avgift, ”Seller’s 10%
Refundable Payment Deposit Amount”. Detta är ett så kallat
avgiftsbedrägeri (advance fee fraud).
Samtliga företag och personer med tillstånd finns på www.fi.se under
Tillstånd.

Warning against Melqu Invest HB
Finansinspektionen (the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority) has
today published this statement in order to warn investors against dealing
with unauthorised firms. Melqu Invest HB is not authorised by
Finansinspektionen and is therefore not entitled to provide financial
services. Finansinspektionen has not received any notification of crossborder activities from other EES countries.
Melqu Invest HB has a website (www.melquinvest.com) using the
following address: Ängsviks Torpsväg 5, 184 95 Ljusterö, Stockholm,
Sweden.
Melqu Invest HB’s representatives contact investors through unsolicited
telephone calls and offer to buy their holdings of shares in an American
OTC company. However, the investor must first pay a fee in advance,
“Seller’s 10% Refundable Payment Deposit Amount”. This is an advance
fee fraud scheme.
