Varning för Prime Group of Companies

Finansinspektionen varnar investerare och andra att handla med
finansiella företag som inte har tillstånd att bedriva värdepappersrörelse.
Prime Group of Companies har inte tillstånd från Finansinspektionen att
bedriva värdepappersrörelse eller annan finansiell verksamhet i Sverige
och står alltså inte under Finansinspektionens tillsyn. Någon
gränsöverskridande verksamhet avseende Prime Group of Companies har
heller inte anmälts till Finansinspektionen från något annat EES-land.
Prime Group of Companies presenterades på webbplats
(www.primegroupofcompanies.com) och uppger följande adress: 125
Westchester Ave. White Plains, NY 10601.
Representanter för Prime Group of Companies kontaktar per telefon
investerare och erbjuder sig att köpa kundens innehav av aktier i ett
amerikanskt OTC-bolag. Kunden ska dock i förskott betala en avgift, ”Derestriction (10%)”. Detta är ett så kallat avgiftsbedrägeri (advance fee
fraud).

Warning against Prime Group of Companies
Finansinspektionen (the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority) has
today published this statement in order to warn investors against dealing
with unauthorised firms. Prime Group of Companies is not authorised by
Finansinspektionen and is therefore not entitled to provide financial
services. Finansinspektionen has not received any notification of crossborder activities from other EES countries.
Prime Group of Companies has a website
(www.primegroupofcompanies.com) using the following address:
125 Westchester Ave. White Plains, NY 10601.
Prime Group of Companies’ representatives contact investors through
unsolicited telephone calls and offer to buy their holdings of shares in an
American OTC company. However, the investor must first pay a fee in
advance, “De-restriction (10%)”. This is an advance fee fraud scheme.
