De nya skrivarna är nu installerade.
- Toner för påfyllning finns i ett av skåpen i postrummet.
- Telefonnummer och instruktioner för om man behöver kalla på
service sitter på väggen invid varje skrivare.
- För scanningsfunktionen finns alla e-postadresser
förprogrammerade. Sök efter ditt förnamn under ABC, DEF etc.

Blankett för utlägg via Primula Som vi har meddelat tidigare ska
ekonomiska utlägg rapporteras via Primula om du är anställd på SU från. På
MBWs intranät hittar du instruktioner och en blankett som du fyller i. Sen ger
du blankett och kvitton till Daniel Andersson så registrerar han utlägget i
Primula. Här är en länk till blanketten.

Påminnelse! Personalfoton på MBWs hemsida Glöm inte att skriva
upp dig för en tid för fotografering för MBW’s hemsida. Bokningslistor som
sitter på whiteboardtavlan utanför postrummet.

MBW 1 år! I fredags firades att MBW (och MBW puben) fyllt 1 år. Det
var mycket folk på puben och det bjöds på vackra 1-årstårtor.

The new printers are now installed.
- Toner for replacement you will find in the mailroom.
- Telephone number for service will be posted next to each unit.
- For scanning, your email address is pre-programmed. You will find
your name under the letter of your first name, ABC, DEF etc.

Form for expenses via Primula As previously informed, all expenses
has to be reported via Primula from now on. On the MBW intranet there are
instructions and a form to fill in. Hand in the receipts and the form to Daniel
Andersson, who will make the registration. Here is a link to the form.

Reminder! Staff photos for the MBW website Remember to sign up
for the photo shoot for the MBW website. Book your time on booking sheets
posted on the white board outside in the mailroom.
The dates and times are:
6 May 1 pm – 3.30 pm
8 May 9.30 am – 12 noon
20 May 1 pm – 3.30 pm
22 May 9.30 – 12 noon

MBW 1 year! Last Friday, the MBW pub celebrated that the institute
(and the MBW pub) has turned 1 year. The beautiful cakes that were served
can at least tempt you who did not attend the crowded pub.
